Mesopotamia Gastronomy Summit

The summit was held between November 09-11, 2023 in collaboration with Diyarbakır Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Özyeğin University and Yerküre Local Studies Scientific Research Cooperative.

The Executive and Advisory Board of the Summit included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özge Samancı, Head of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Faculty of Applied Sciences, and Murat Bayramoğlu from the Sustainability Platform.

More than 300 people and more than 50 institutions, including public institutions, non-governmental organizations, academics and students, were guests of the summit.
