In 2018, I completed my master’s degree in Political Science at Bilkent University with my research focusing on policy design, migration, social cohesion, inclusive policies and civil society-state relations. In 2023, I earned my PhD degree at Sabancı University Gender Studies programme with my research focusing on the relationship between food and gender in the context of critical masculinity studies.

I am currently working in areas such as developing institutional EDIB (equality/equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging) policies, conducting need analyses, developing action plans and designing training-workshops on many different sub-topics, especially gender. At the same time, I am one of the certified facilitators of the Participatory Gender Audit system developed by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Turkey since 2023.
