Administrative Specialist

In 2012, after earning my Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from Istanbul University, I pursued a Master’s degree in Business Management at Yıldız Technical University, where I focused my thesis on the influence of emotional intelligence on conflict management strategies. Simultaneously, I embarked on my professional journey as an intern in Bus Sales, Insurance, and Product Development at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. Upon completing the internship, I joined Mercedes-Benz Financial Services as a Credit Risk Analyst in 2014, and continued my career as a Business & Project Analyst in 2015, focusing on digitalization, reporting, process optimization and system enhancements. During this time, I assumed additional responsibilities within Daimler such as D&I and Leadership 2020 (leadership and cultural change) ambassadors.

In 2021, I took on the role of Türkiye PMO in the Mercedes-Benz & Daimler Truck separation initiative, known as Project Focus. This project marked a significant milestone in my career, honing my expertise in project management. Following the successful completion of Project Focus, I transitioned into the role of Human Resources Business Partner at the newly established Mercedes-Benz Kamyon Finansman (DTFS Türkiye), where I was instrumental in overhauling HR processes.

Following my experience in financial services, I also worked in the brand’s automotive companies. At Mercedes-Benz Tech Turkey, I held the position of Digital Marketing IT Product Owner, and at Mercedes-Benz Türk Center of Excellence, I was entrusted with responsibilities in Employer Branding, HR Communications, Wellbeing, and DEIB (Diversity, Equality/Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging).

Throughout my career, with my experience in social sustainability and digital transformation, I aim to continue creating value in sustainability-oriented projects and continue my career on this trajectory.
